Baked goat cheese, heirloom greens with pomegranate and pumpkin seeds
Heirloom pumpkin soup with creme fraiche
Local grass fed beef medallions with a goat cheese and red wine reduction,
shoestring potatoes and a roasted vegetable tian
Pear crisp with homemade vanilla bean ice cream
and lemongrass tea
