Let's Catch Up!
I have been MIA lately!
So I thought I would catch you all up on what is going on!
Our kitchen window is finally here...after a month of waiting and delays...
it was finally installed. So now we can move on to counter tops.
I have our two carrara slabs on hold waiting for the fabricator and
the sink is on its way.
still need to figure out some kind of tiled back splash but we are finally moving closer to completion.
Lord willing, it should be done by Christmas.
Found this little Chippendale shelf. It had this awful gloss mahogany finish but I
painted it a grey/blue green color and my husband put a back on it
and now it is our little drink station.
The 50th Birthday went off with out a hitch...a good time was had by all!
(love those galvanized stars from Sweet Salvage)
3 out of our 8 chickens are molting...they look terrible and
of course they start the week before we are one of the
stops on the Phoenix Tour de Coops!
The meaties are getting big...
This is the pen we built for the Nigerian Dwarf goats we are going to share
with three families...but they won't move in till
after the meaties go to "freezer camp" the week between Christmas and New Years.
All the beds are FINALLY planted! Just in time for the Edible Arcadia Tour.
We finally finished installing our fencing and gates, so that the free range chickens
would stay out in the back forty.
We had a true farm to table Thanksgiving
that was enjoyed by friends and family!
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
Look forward to hearing and seeing what is happening in
your world too!
