Writings from Boho Farm and Home

Yep...It's for sale!

It has been such a process to put our sweet BOHO Farm house on the market.

This is our current BOHO Farm
We've LOVE it here--our neighbors, the mature trees and homes, the Arcadia community and all the great local businesses.  We've especially love the walkability of our little neighborhood:
LGO, Postinos, Chelsea Kitchen,Vincent's, North...
The list goes on!
There is just so much awesomeness, it would be SO much easier to leave if it wasn't. :)

This is our front porch where we've watched many a sunsets and drank wine
But to everything there is a season and the best way to say it is that we are being called downtown.

We will keep doing everything we are doing here in Arcadia
but now we will do it in the middle of the city and see how we are lead from there!

To be living in our garden of Eden (aka...eating) raising our kids, in the midst of skyscrapers and urban density. The artist in me loves the juxtaposition of the two--farming and urban density.
We think the diversity will be good for our kids and downtown Phoenix is a food desert...which is another thing that is near and dear to my heart. Plus my husband can walk to work!

But to do that, we must let go of this life, which we have loved.
Owning both properties--as much as I want to-- would not simplify things for us
and the on going theme of our lives the past decade is simple and sustainability.

So we have put our beloved BOHO Farm + Home on the market!

We are praying for the perfect family to come. Who will love it as much as we have
all these years and to care for it and make it there own.

When you're a farmer and cultivator you belong to the land.  We are leaving a
part of us here but we are so excited for the next family who will leave their mark on
this beautiful property and make it their own!

We are so grateful for the past 18 years of living and lovingly stewarding this farm and home.
It is such a wonderful place to raise a family!

Are you the one to love our farm? Do you know someone who'd love it well?

This is a special place and I know there is a special family out there to love it too!

I'll posting some interior photos this week and I'll be sharing more about downtown. :)
